The metaempire does not recognise sentient rights of non Panvirtuality beings, is suspected of having been behind the a number of perverse and semi-perverse transcensions, including the Paradigm, and has definite Cyberian connections. They have their own very extensive wormhole nexus which in some places overlaps with that of the Sephirotics, and at the higher toposophic level all the share the same God Web.
