Nanotech implant network combining the features of cellphone, pager, internet connection, virtual reality interface, computer and database/knowledgebase into a tiny implanted device(s) in the brain.
Artificial immune system making the user immune to virtually all forms of disease and able to heal/regenerate any wound that is not instantly, splatteringly fatal.
Due to above, virtual immortality.
Possibly a backup implant/memory box that records the owners mindstate and preserves it in case of a fatal accident so that the owner can be 'resurrected' (Use varies among individuals and polities depending on philosophical views on this tech).
Various biocybernetic augmentations extending the users senses, dexterity, resistance to environmental extremes etc.
Genetic or technic alterations/modifications that make the person ambidextrous, eliminate blind spots, fear of falling, fear of small space, fear of large open spaces and whatever other types of alterations that 10,000 years of genetic therapy and space faring civilization have come up with.
