Hello all.

I recently came across a webcomic you may be interested in. The comic only has 145 pages to it so far but if you check out the Extras section you can see the writer has done a lot of worldbuilding and backstory. The story itself is standard space opera with the usual amount of pseudoscience but I found it all very entertaining. Even the guy's take on FTL is fun and well thought out; http://well-of-souls.com/outsider/forum_ftl_tech.html

Fascinating. That's very similar to the FTL mechanics I hacked together for my current Shadowrun...in...SPAAACE! campaign.

I'm going to have to borrow that idea for a misjump in the game. Liberate tutemet ex inferis, indeed.
