If it's around Keter, Biopolity and Cygexpa space, maybe something that could fit any of these. Or just any other thing.
Naming a black hole is easy if you choose a word at random or difficult if we need to have a backstory and context for that.

Just ideas:
* Sleeping giant (because of 33 solar masses and the ESA article)
* Black Aquila, giant aquila, and similar ones (because is in constellation Aquila)
* Some name that is space opera-like or a pun on some culture from the future.
