The Aryan Morningstar League was written at least partly in response to the interactions we had in the early history of the project with a few 'eugenicist Transhuman' individuals, people who were interested in improving the genetic makeup of certain sections of society to conform to some Aryan ideal or other.
Although we don't accept this sort of nonsense as a worthwhile goal, it is still reasonable to expect that these sorts of things will happen in the timeline from time to time.
