Neutrino Communications - Cray - 12-04-2018

I missed this one. In 2012, Fermilab demonstrated communication with a beam of neutrinos. The first signal transmitted was, "Neutrino."

Heh. NiftySmile

I've actually read an article by Forward about the potential of using neutrino beams for communication and another about using a beam from a future particle accelerator to map the interior of the Earth. Nice to see that someone has at least made an attempt to do one of these, if only at the equivalent of 'Da Vinci's glider model' or the like.
