Apologies for the recent unexpected outage on the site.
There was apparently a software failure in the infrastructure in one of the servers in the cluster.The ISP providers have fixed it so that everything's back up and running, and they are working to identify the root cause and put in place mechanisms to make sure it doesn't happen again.
