hmm, an equatorial sunline and large habitable orbital rings seem interesting. Thanks for the suggestions Todd. Also, since Omuro is a hair's breadth away from turning into a star (1.2 jupiter masses...

I'm planning on making this a beamrider station although that may not be viable. What would the colonists do with these planets and how would they have changed since before anyone settled the system?...

I'm making the Omuro system, a fictional system surrounding the brown dwarf 2MASS 1507-1627. I've finished the data panel but the actual contents of the article. Note that the data is for the original...

Is this better? What you meant by the last suggestion wasn't really clear to me. Wolf-Rayet stars represent an evolutionary phase in the lives of massive stars during which they undergo heavy mass lo...

Actually, it's even further than that. WR 142 is about the same distance away from us as WR 111, so ~5,000 light years away, so no chance they can stop it from going GRB.

If archais arrive at WR 111 what will they do? Will they dismantle the star? And if so, would they have done the same thing to WR 142 at ~2,000 AT?

Alright. Yesterday, I and Steve had decided that WR 111 (not WR 120), also known as HD 165763 or HIP 88856, a WC5 star, is going to replace Gamma Velorum. It's more obvious of a supernova candidate as...
