Biotic Analogy Theories
Quote:Because of their convenience and simplicity, they have a certain memetic attractiveness, and have become a subconscious metaphor in the minds of many modsophont individuals and cultures.

Void Swarms
Quote:Experts in the fields of toposophics and metric engineering have refuted these ideas as pure speculation and conjecture but the meme of mobile gods is still quite popular with more „esoteric" modsophonts.

Because of writing in the Nieuw Amsterdam draft, the static orbital rings article has some out-of-date information on those rings:
http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-article/51f134d12d2bf

Currently states:

Quote:Over the centuries, these skyhooks developed into sizable orbital cities and were eventually joined into a continuous ring in 2753AT. The two rings provide a total of 5 million square kilometers of mixed urban and park lands that reached a stable population of 20 billion nearbaselines and other non-superbright bionts. It has been suggested that Nieuw Amsterdam was an inspiration for Metropolis Ring City, but Urban Cloudscapes consistently denied that the orderly, staid, angelnetted static orbital ring had anything to do with eir quixotic megastructure.

Suggested replacement (vaguer to avoid conflicts):

Quote:Over the centuries, these skyhooks developed into sizable orbital cities and were eventually joined into a continuous ring in 2753AT. It has been suggested that Nieuw Amsterdam was an inspiration for Metropolis Ring City, but Urban Cloudscapes has never given a clear answer on the matter.

Query,

statesbeings, is this a typo or a new term? can't find a definition for it but it appears in the below locations:

http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-article/48bdab3a92bad
http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-article/48f733bcb2e00
http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-topic/45b2c0170c310

http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-topic/45ce4e17cd0c6
http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-topic/4802a95fb92f2

From the number of occurrences I think it's legit and I can sort of infer what it means but for the guide I'm working on if the definition of statesbeing(s) could be added to http://www.orionsarm.com/page/294 Common Terms that would be awesome.
