There is (or was) a foldable Bluetooth keyboard available for HP PDAs that might suit, or some other foldable (or roll-up) KB might suit.
Alternatively, there is at least one gadget available that projects a virtual KB on any convenient flat surface using a laser, working somewhat like the XBox Kinetic gadget.
