This megastructure is approximately the same distance away as the Black Acropolis is in OA; I would not expect the Black Acropolis to be transmitting radio signals or anything else detectable, so I don't really expect much from this SETI initiative.

Failing to detect any signals does not mean this is not an artificial structure.
