Not all baby universes are tiny; the universe She created or absconded into may have been optimised to expand like our own, or to allow the creation of further universes accessible only from that location.
Here's a quite interesting essay about the ethics of baby universe creation; it seems desirable to create smaller, pocket universe if possible, since there is less capacity for suffering in such a construct. There would, conversely also be less capacity for happiness. I somehow doubt that the Sibyl would be concerned over much with such utilitarian concerns.
