Edit: you can search in a page with Control + F . i think this is an easier way to search for keywords.

Based on earlier conversations, I think (or would like to think) that we will be doing a major update of this article in the fairly near future. As such, I'm going to recommend skipping adding links or section titles for now, since the structure of the article could change considerably - also such things could be added as part of a larger overhaul of the article.

"Many subsapient organisms (a number of types of lower animals, plants, and microbes) are asexual and reproduce by rhizomes, by budding or [by] fission. Several alien sapient species are asexual. Some terragen sapients likewise choose the option of asexual bodysculpting so as not having a sex at all. Asexuals feel that the whole sex thing is too complex and problematic, better to just the whole thing out of the way. Any bodymod can do this, they are referred to as "hir" and "shhe" when a specific (gender) pronoun is required. Asexuals can and do love platonicaly and feel joy at having children, but they don't feel lust."

I rewrote this article slightly, since we already have a neuter gender in the article about sexual genders. I have defined an 'asexual' as someone who is both genderless and without sexual desire; it seems entirely possible that some neuts have entirely satisfactory, if somewhat cerebral, sex lives.

We could made the line symbol more complete including: "The original symbol is actually a flower pattern made out of the silhouettes of human heads.".
Done - new image included as well.

Ontology

The introductory paragraph has too few quote symbols. Apparently the "close quote" symbol is not recognized and a ? is shown instead.

A curious thing about the ontological problem is its simplicity. It can be put in three Anglo-Saxon monosyllables: "What is there?? It can be answered, moreover, in a word—"Everything?—and everyone will accept this answer as true. However, this is merely to say that there is what there is. There remains room for disagreement over cases. On What There Is, Willard Van Orman Quine, 21 BT

I like the rewrite. Reads better without the phrase "the whole sex thing."  Tongue

EDIT: Also, both of the ontology related articles just linked to, under Related Articles, under Ontological Conservatives, state: "Text by M. Alan Kazlev from from Anders Sandberg's Transhuman terminology"
