Deep Frying in 0G to 3G+
An abiding question of our times: can McDonalds deliver fries on spaceships and high-G planets?

I'm not surprised by the zero-G results, since convection and buoyant removal of steam from food is important for frying. No G forces, no convection. But I didn't think much about higher G environments.
