These are fair concerns. However, in order to consider them properly, I think we need a better idea of the scope of what is being proposed here.
With that in mind:
Angel - Can you please give us a better idea of what you're proposing here? Are you looking to just convert portions of the OA site to Spanish? All of it? Just articles that interest you? Something else?
