is another page containing many black-diamond-question-marks. Unfortunately, many of them obviously aren't replacements for apostrophes and some of them are critical to the meaning of the text. For example, it isn't obvious what symbol was intended for "replace it with [�] to indicate that a section has been removed." An ellipsis, perhaps?
