Hello!

I’ve been following Orion’s Arm for years now. My primary interest is exotic xenobiology and how it works, but I’m also fascinated with the setting, its history, and high technology. My background is in history and writing.

I hope to contribute to the forums, and maybe in the future to the Encyclopedia Galactica itself.

Welcome to OA!

Please feel free to join in on any discussions that grab your interest or to start new ones if you want to discuss something we aren't currently talking about.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the setting or the wider OA project. We don't mind answering questions although we may suggest you first look for the answers directly and point you toward the resources to do that. Wink And of course, once you're sufficiently familiar with the project and setting, it's always nice to 'pay it forward' and help future new members with their questions if you're able.

Hope this helps and once again - Welcome to OA Smile

Welcome!

There's been more interest in xenobiology lately and some new stuff in the works. So that interest fits right in.

To be sentient, is the greatest burden, the greatest state of loneliness. However, still the good times, the laughs, the joys, and the adreniline, makes being sentient all worth it, being the greatest joy we will ever expirience.
