Hi, I am Kane'i'kokala and am also new to this Forum and also just joined the Orion's Arm Discord. I am interested in being involved with the Orion's Arm worldbuilding project as a hobby because the idea of a hyperadvanced science fiction setting that does not rely on cliche FTL and associated thinly-populated planet-based Empires but instead very diverse peoples living in vast megahabitat clusters is not only far more realistic but makes for a far more interesting setting. I intend to contribute by posting real-life science news articles which can help guide worldbuilding in addition to writing up new kinds of technologies and provolve/neogen clades. Might even come up with some new megastructures.
